Need advice regarding potential purchase of an '01 996 C4 with aero, 55K miles, recent 60K service, passed PPI with no problem, 50% tire tread, clean CarFax, 2 owner.............. Porsche dealer with no CPO...... $49K,seems pricey for th mileage? Thanks,
Maybe a tad high, but with CPO it'd be worth it. Ask for it - can't hurt.
Pricey for the mileage and year. For that price you should be able to get an 02 with like 40k miles from a dealer, with CPO. Oh, and if there is a non-CPO car you want CPO, keep in mind that dealers will often cut you the $1500 rather than CPO it if you want (since it's basically the same).
Anyone have info about BSA 18" rims.......... Looking at an '01 996 with such rims..... are these of good quality? Thanks,
Do you have any pics of it? I have the wheels. They are decent cast aluminum. I haven't heard anything bad so far.
NOOOOOO......I bought a C4 Cabriolet at LESS than that price almost 2 years ago with 10k LESS miles.....WITH a CPO warranty. that is WAY overpriced. Again that was for a Cabriolet. Coupes are about $5K less for the same options....Mine is fully loaded too, full leather, full power comfort seats, Xenons, etc....
BSA' s are same as yours with Toyo Tires (50% tread)............ RE: pricing .... I was thinking more in the range of $40-42K with cpo.........mileage is somewhat of a concern ...... I prefer to drive my P-cars on a daily basis, hence, resale value will certainly be effected........
