Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

u NEED to have smarttop best upgrade for cab
Little trick......When the top is down and you want to operate the rear 1/4 windows, hold in the "button" where the "hook" goes in on the top (between A pillars) and you can operate the windows!

Dell did post that trick already 1 year ago and I use it all the time to operate the rear windows with the top down - even while driving somethimes
Works like a charm.
Glad to be of service
damn Dell and I paid 500 bucks for the smart top to do that (and couple of things more) I guess I have to read more and talk less....
I also have the Smartop but got it so I could have 1-touch open/close when moving.

Dell, I hate to be the one to tell you this, but you don't need a Smartop for your GT3 because it's a Coupe! You really need to learn to be more observant!

Nicolaas, you just proved my point that Dell needs to be more observant! Hey Dell, I'll bet your really glad you came back here today, aren't you?
I think that Dell is referring to his 2nd line 996CAB--84S (for city cruising)........I don't to **** Dell off to much or he never comes back and helps us out!

Yah, I know he was referring to his Cab, but I like to throw a little **** his way every now and then just to keep him humble.
You guys know just how much you can get away with and keep me coming back. My hats off to you
Well, we know you come back here to have a little light hearted fun, so we try our best to be accommodating.
Anyone know why Porsche decided to create this feature? Manual says "safety feature". Hope it is not because people got thrown from car and severely cut on rear window. Would be interested in learning more about this safety feature.
