Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

12 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Had lunch today in Porter Ranch and got a "gift" when I returned...a "Nice Porsche" rennlist business card suggesting I join. For whom ever left it...note that I joined last year! Nice to see the forum getting around .

POST 2Original post

People leave the strangest forms of appreciation on Porsches. Here is what I found on the windshield a while back:

POST 3 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Your "gift" was more interesting than mine though

POST 4Original post

She did THAT on your windshield amidst the bug splatters?! Actually, given your location, it could just as well have been a 'he'.

POST 5Original post

Orient...that could not have been your car...it is NEVER that dirty!

POST 6Original post

I was driving with my dad (it's dad's car, but he/I want(s) me to get better with stick, considering we've never owned one before, and I just got home from college so I did some driving around to get better, might be taking it to an MBCA DE believe it or not), and there were these three kids (maybe 12 years old) skateboarding and as I go by I hear "whoa look at that car" "man that car is awesome" and some other things I couldn't make out but assume was of similar nature. Even if it isn't my car, and even if they are 12 year old kids, still ego boost

POST 8Original post

I was shocked to see a citation on my windshield last month and after reading it, it turned out to be one of this Mini promotional things. The box for "Wash your car" was checked and in the comments, they wrote "Nice car!". I saved it.

POST 9Original post

Give me a break! It was simply a lapse of sanity that let me allowed my windshield to get that dirty! It won't happen again!

POST 10Original post

Gary - if nothing else, I am surprised you didn't photoshop the bugs out of the pic prior to posting!

POST 11Original post

Who kissed your car, a witch? I mean her nose and chin print are on the glass as well..

POST 12Original post

After they ate a pork chop??? That's one greasy *** lips and face combo. Yuck. Definitely was a dude.
