Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

3 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Saw a great 1 hour documentary about the complete history of Porsche. It was on History International and titled Voyages "Automobiles:911". It was produced in 1998 so it ends with the 993 but still a great history of the 911 and where it came from as well as the Porsche family story. If you have Tivo and didn't get it set up your Tivo to record any show with the keyword "Porsche" in the title. That is how I got it this past week on Tivo.

POST 2Original post

Yes, I've actually watched it twice, it was really enjoyable.

POST 3Original post

Yup. That is one of the "permanent" items on my Tivo along with "Victory by Design" and others. Was it just me or did the Wagnerian soundtrack in Voyages "Automobiles: 911" make you want to sing "Oh Brumhilde you're so lovely" a la Elmer Fudd? I was just waiting for "Flight of the Valkyries" to come on and Elmer to jump in with "Kill the Wabbit!" The documentary was pretty good though.
