Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

17 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Just purchased an '04 Atlas Gray/Black C4S coupe! My first P-car. I'm a long time lurker on the board and am anxiously awaiting the car (scheduled for delivery next week). Car has 1K miles and is indistinguishable from new. It has 6sp, technic package, stainless exhaust, full supple leather, and rear center painted console. Here's a pic of the nose - not sure it came through, if not, I'll post some when it's home. Phil Maple Glen, PA

POST 2Original post

CONGRATS!!! Welcome to Rennlist, hope you decide to stick around awhile - it's a great community. The 996 C4S is one of the finest 911's built, but I'm bias.

POST 3 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Thanks - I hope both my car and I are on the forum for a very long time!! I'll appreciate all the input from you and others! Phil

POST 4Original post

Oh Phil, it's beautiful..........Can I have it?

POST 5Original post

Congratulations ....im a little biased myself but i have to concur.....C4S = sweet

POST 6Original post

Congrats, Phil - it must be C4S season, a lot of cars trading hands. I love that Atlas Gray - I think it was for '04 only, no? My C4S gets here next week too. There'll be pics 'o plenty on the 996 board...

POST 7Original post

Nice, so what's in the technic package anyway, mine has that too, never figured that out.

POST 10Original post

Congratulations! I love those rear bumper gills on those C4s!!

POST 11Original post

Riad, After all this time looking at your avatar, it is only today I noticed that there's a cop behind you!!!!

POST 12Original post

Mike - I mentioned the same thing to him about 3 months ago. I guess it's easy to get distracted by his ugly mug! Riad - Just kidding!!!

POST 13 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Technics includes upgraded Bose, 6-disc changer, and aluminum gauge surrounds.

POST 14 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Atlas Gray was initially offered on the C4S in '04 - so there are likely not many of this combination on 996's. I've seen the combination in person - the color is so sweet on this car. I love Seal and Lapis also, but Atlas blew me away.

If I get a few more points on my license I get a DMV stuffed animal, so I got that going for me, which is nice. Hey! I resemble that remark.
