Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

4 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

I really tried to be grown up and drive a four door automatic sedan, but to no avail. I actually tried to find my '89 951 that I traded for a C32 11 days ago, but someone luckier than I beat me to it. Must say the 3.6 has a distinct roar in comparison to my '01 996 Cab. It is good to be back on the road with a flat 6 behind me.

POST 3Original post

...after trading my 2000 C4 Mille in on a 2002 CLk 55 cabrio, I felt like I was driving the world's nicest Mustang GT for two years, until I came back to the fold a year ago with my anniversary 911 purchase. There really is no substitute. I mean, the 55 made great sounds, and it was a pretty rare ride, but it just handled like a pig compared to any 996. By the way, I still have my C32 for business use. Kind of fun for a mid priced four door.

POST 4 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Still have one C32. It is the perfect sleeper "family sedan", IMHO. All roads lead back to Porsche and there is nothing better than being pushed around by a flat 6.
