First, let me say that I have no affiliation with X-Auto Products or Barry Moore at that company. I recently purchased 2 bottles of Rejex from Barry at a very competitive price with free shipping. The bottles (plastic) arrived and one had split in transit emptying most of its contents into the packing material that they came in. I phoned Barry who said he would ship me another, no questions asked, which he promptly did at his expense, including shipping. Here is a guy and a company who recognizes that he is in the service business. I believe he deserves your patronage. Thanks. Chuck

I'll bet our buddy Eric at bumperplugs.com would have done the exact same thing....when my plugs didn't turn up, he didn't wait for UPS.....he shipped them again, and then made the claim.!!!
