http://philadelphia.craigslist.org/cto/2397199000.html I have an email into the guy with many questions (options, owners, history, colors, etc), but thought I'd see if you guys could spot anything from the ad in advance of my discussions with the owner. Also, I prefer these cars to at least have the aero sideskirts (otherwise looks very plain and less modern to me, just my humble opinion). Is there a place where you can buy these aftermarket & already painted to match? Does it look ok with the sideskirts, but not the aero bumpers? Thanks! Todd

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. See my car on the left. 2002 C2 Cab as well -- and, by chance, it also came out of Philly. It appears that the 2 cars are nearly identical in configuration except the one you list is a manual (mine is a tip) and mileage 60K and mine had 43K. Mine also has the side skirts (about $2,000 installed (guess) if you add http://www.eagleday.com/996ae.html ). I put about $2K more into some here-and-there cosmetic upgrades, spare keys etc The center counsel was badly scratched, otherwise it was close to mint inside and out. Mine also had a new top put on it last summer -- after an attempted theft. I would look at the top condition closely. At this age, they tend to start getting a little ratty -- at least that was my experience in 8 months of search I paid $25,250. I researched/waited for 8 months and I thought I got a great deal. Looks like a similar buy. Feel free to PM me if you want to chat further.

Now that I see yours, I wouldn't call it a similar deal. I'd prefer your black, I'd prefer your miles and I'd prefer your new top. Oh, and I'd prefer your side skirts. Believe it or not, I'd prefer your Tip! (I'm a bit tired of the shifting game now...). But this one is local at least Can I just buy yours off you?? haha
Rear tires with 7K are more than their half life. 10-12K if N rated. I like the silver but that seems like a dealer price not a private sale price. Lots of good pcar places in West Chester to have a PPI. Make sure it is not where he has the car serviced.
