Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

3 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

I pulled out the light sw and rotated it ccw and the fog lights came on . If I gently allowed it to rest after pulling and twisting the lights remained on. My question is; is this a Euro deal or is my sw F'd Up? I could look at the manual but I'm in the office Thanks for the help.

POST 2Original post

Stan - With the ignition OFF, when I pull the light switch out and turn it counter-clock wise to the first "click", my right-hand parking lights (front and rear) come on. When I go to the second "click", the left-hand parking lights illuminate (F & R). If I turn the ignition ON, and do the first click, the front fog lights come on but the parking lights do not illuminate. As soon as I turn the ignition OFF, the fog lights go out, but the parking lights still do not illuminate. So I don't think your switch is F'd up. You might be F'd up for having to work on Saturday, but I think the switch is OK!

POST 3 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Gota- my fog lights don't stay on. If I gently let the switch retract, they stay on . If I tap it gently they go out. Fly your A$$ across the country and take a look at this thing. I'm going out with a hammer and see what I can do.............
