I'm with 'ya Rick. Had them on my Benz and BMW, wife's Lexus and BMW have them. I like the look, myself. Would be interested in illuminted sills, but more interested if they were CF illuminated sills.

Somebody did this hack in the last year. Can't remember if it was here or over on Renntech or even 6speed. You will have to do a search but with some dilligence you will find what you are looking for.

I know, I know, they're pretty sick - I can't believe they're not on the standard mod list, up there with springs, rims, fabspeed and SILLS. I found a thread on 6speedonline.com, referencing the Techart website www.techart.de - they have them, but the picture is so lousy I cant tell if they look as good as Coochas 997 or not. On a positive note, you can also get them personalized - I'm thinking "Nutbeem". No, maybe not. I'll report back...

I like the illumination idea, but I'm not too sold on the blue light color. Looks a bit ricey IMHO. If they could illuminate the stock orange/yellow light, I'd be sold. I like the customization option as well. Personalized through techart or a third-party? Cause if it is through TA, then I can foresee this mod being $$$$$. But keep us updated, I'm sure you can gather enough people from here and 6speed for a group buy

Roger that, Capt Evo. Group buy will definitely have my name on it....but as you said, only if it comes in the stock orange lighting. That would be fantastic. Yes, it's a little bling, but damn that looks original. Seriously, you guys slay me; as soon as I get one thing, it's on to another....and I still haven't gotten the RoW M030 suspension yet. Oh yeah, it's xmas: what a nice idea for a gift.
