Amigo's I am toying around with the idea of more power - the X51 sounds great - two questions: 1 - will it work with my 03 Targa ? 2 - What exactly is in the package ? headers, exhaust etc ? Man can never have enough power in his toys - Power is relative.... Thank guys !

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

X51 is serious bux, no? There is no reason it shouldn't work on your car. For the same price you could probably get a super charger.... X51 includes: alloy induction manifold, cylinder heads, exhaust manifolds and camshafts, as well as revised engine management software.
My understanding is that you get virtually no measurable speed increase from the extra horse, so I would go the super charger route if you want more power. (Or, trade in).
Don't forget X51 also includes modifications to the oiling system including a new oil scavenge pump on the right side. This prevents any oil starvation issues whilst turning hard to the left.
As well, it includes a front centre mounted radiator. Don't forget that since your car is a 2003, with the X51, you get to keep your warranty.
Are you tracking your car? While the X51 is a nice factory warrantied option, albeit an expensive one, I would direct the bucks to some suspension upgrades. Cheers
Seems like quite a noticeable differance having driven both my '02 coupe and the 40th. Suspension will make you faster around the track than the motor package, but the extra oomph is also nice. Oh, here's the X51 stuff:
go with the supercharger, the power gain is way more and the hp/$ ratio is hardly comparable! and then let me know what to expect when i do it to my targa!!!
