Mine had it around 20k miles. I only knew about this issue after I bought the car. When I called my service advisor and asked him to look up my cars history he told me when it had been done. I hope that it was a one time thing. My car currently has just over 62k miles and I've owned it for over 2 years. Can I assume that I won't have this issue again if it's been this many miles and it's still okay?

Coverage and how to read this overview
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.
2 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

If it hasn't come back, you are probly ok. Of course, there is no guarantee but your odds are pretty good. It's not that expensive to repair it. ~$1k
