Coverage and how to read this overview
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.
6 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

Damn....just received my B&M SSK.......
Send it back, go buy the porsche unit, no warranty issues.
that is only part of the actual porsche SSK unit.
The B&M shifter was recieved from Brandywine
That's actually the entire unit that you buy when doing the retrofit, it actually used to come with the metal BM style bushings, now it's set up with plastic/teflon ones. Braman was selling the ssk's mounted in the plastic console before, that's actually how it is prepared for install on the assembly line. Those were probably units that never made it to cars, but were available for line install. When I bought mine from them, it actually came in a plastic bag marked 'assembly line', in german of course. Nonetheless, it's a good deal, if anybody's on the fence, here is your chance!
