Real world prices are market prices. So check out autotrader.com. I'm curious myself since I bought an '01 996 c2, clear side, skirts, cd, 18" sport wheels, tip, 7yr/75k warranty for $46.6k or $51k otd.
If your lucky 44-46K private party. Park it over at COC in the Auto Lot for the weekend and see what happens.
