Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

13 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Today I found out the hard way how fast the GT2 is. Now I know how I look pulling away from other cars.

POST 2Original post

hahaha, lol, I drove my buddies recently and I too was amazed of the difference......

POST 4Original post

There is no other feeling then a TT....I love my C2 but the only think it lacks is power, dont get me wrong its quick, but my TT is fast!

POST 5Original post

Hey Paul, did you ever post pics of your TT? I don't recall seeing them. Don't make me have to b!tch slap you like I do the "newbies" about not posting pics!

POST 6Original post

Provide us with more details, I've yet to see a GT2 in person, it's always been at the top of my list of favorite cars!

POST 7 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

That was my first time as well. I was at the front line of a traffic (3 lanes each way on that particular HWY). He jumped from the far left to my lane to be behind me. All I knew at that point was that it was a lowered 996 with 19" rims but as I waited for the light to turn green I noticed the Turbo rear fenders. I accelerated, he accelerated and by the time I hit 3rd I could read GT2. We repeated the act 1 more time at the next light for good measure. It handles pretty well too.

POST 8Original post

I guess the 996 GT2 was red with MD plates - right?

POST 9 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Nah, white with PCA MD plates.

POST 10Original post

hah, very nice What kind of Mods do you currently have on your car, project speed yellow begins early 08 for me.

POST 11Original post

That was quite brave to go 2 rounds with the GT2, I think after once, I would save the gas.....

POST 12 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Mods, what mods, besides mods don't work especially against GT2's.

POST 13 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

The second time was just to make it official since he was behind me the first time. So instead of it taking him until 3rd to pass I was passed somewhere in 2nd gear on the 2nd run. Neither of us were really trying to get the perfect launch.
