Hello Everyone, Recently I purchased a 996. To that extent I am now considering the purchase of some sort of kit that will lower the car a bit. My question is follows, will lowering the car make the ride any harder?, if so what percentage? Is their a kit available that's not super expensive? Typically what is the labor cost for installing a lowering kit? Presently I have 18` aftermarket wheels on the car. I look forward to everyone's advice. Thanks much
Congrats on getting the car. You can do a search on RoW M030, which is Rest of the World M030 sport suspension. It is not available in the USA on stock cars from the factory because of the bumper height regulations. It is a Porsche suspension kit so it will not void your warranty. Lots of threads about it. Now to get to the really serious matter... we need pics of your car, 'cuz we love pics!
H&r springs are resonalbely priced and will amke a noticeably diffrence in your rife hight and perfomance. typical labor is 6-8 hour at the hourly rate + and aligmnet
