I thinking of getting the B&M SSK. Reading a couple of posts, are there different kits for the 99-01 and the 02-04 model years? Saw an add in the classifieds for a 99-01 kit and it states that it wouldn't fit his 03 C2. I've heard its the best least expensive mod. Thanks

The classified ad MIGHT have been for a B&M Track Shifter. They do have separate versions for the '98 - '01 and '02 - '04. If you just want a "standard" B&M short shifter you want model #45135 which fits '98 - '04 996's and '95 997's. Check out the link that Orient Express included above.
