Thanks for the S02A advice guys. Much firmer sidewall than the P Rossos, but..

Coverage and how to read this overview
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Where did you get your SO2A's? My rears are getting worn and I saw that they are $290 each on Tirerack BTW the car looks great!
Thanks. The extortionists at Tirerack did me in for that price as well. Not really complaining as they feel worth it compared to the P Rossos without even being broken in proper yet.
Was Tire Rack cheaper than your local discount tire? My local discount tire will match their price. Only difference is I have to pay tax locally but it is a wash without paying for shipping. I think the total for my two new rear on my track tires (295/30/18 SO2) was about $680 with tax and mount, etc.
I went with Tirerack only because there is only one guy who I would have mount and balance my tires and he works for a shop that doesn't sell tires exclusively; so the whole mount and purchase package wasn't as important as price. Go foryour local Discount Tire. Better than waiting for them to get Fedex'd.
Yea, I love my SO2a's. They grip like no other. I am hesitant to take the car to a discount tire or local tire shop because usually they have underpaid workers who could mess up my rims and/or car.
I've been on S02A's for a couple of months now. Just had them out at Willow Springs, and I was extremely happy with them on track.
Just make sure they have the right equipment and you will be fine.
I got mine a few weeks ago and have put on a couple hundred miles, no regrets much better than Continentals
