Hi guys, I have been looking for a used windstop, and found someone local to me last week with one. It was from a 997 Cab and was in excellent condition and the price was perfect.. Neither of us knew if it would fit so I called a local Porsche dealer..spoke to parts and service and both said it was a whole different set up and would not fit. (was quoted $749. for a new one) So I passed on the deal. Friday, I went to buy parts at another local Porsche dealer and asked the parts guy and he advised that it would be a perfect fit...(a new one was $379) Can anyone confirm for me? Thanks in advance!

Coverage and how to read this overview
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.
