First, does anyone know what rims these are? I am hoping they are Porsche OEM or BBS or Champion, but how can you be sure is there a stamp on them somewhere you can check? These are 19" rims. The person who has them is selling them for his brother, who is in the army and away. He doesn't know much about these rims. One is dented, and perhaps I can replace or have that one repaired. he only wants $199 for the set! he told me they came off a 2000 GT2. But he really isn't sure I could tell, he doesn't seem to know much about cars. In any case, I can drive to take a look at them, but wanted to know if these would likely fit a narrow body 2000 996.

If thye came off a GT2 odds are they will not fit a NB car. You need to find out the offsets. They are not OEM Porsche nor do they appear to be BBS.
