Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Just want to leave my opinion regarding X74 on track... What a difference, it took a few laps to get used to the new suspension, on the very first lap with some traffic I beated my previous lap time. It was impressive the difference on cornering. SUPERB!! It fitted perfectly on my 98 carrera 2, as Gert (Got it from him) insisted it would be OK even thought porsche claims its for the 02-04 cars. As I only had 10 laps yesterday and there were many traffic on the track, I couldn't make a perfect lap, many other cars on the track, but the X74 was able to help me reduce my lap in 3 seconds from previous timings. I think this says all... Heigh reduce: Before and after measurements says the front reduced over 3cm while the rear reduced 2cm. The car now looks much prettier, but with the GT3 nose it's a regarding clearance. Ride confort in the streets is almost gone. Car fells much firmer but it's the way I like it... As I don't use for daily driver, I'll leave the X74 permanently. I guess it's the price we have to pay... Thanks Gert for insisting it would be a great setup, I'm 100% satisfied!!

post pics. one of the great advantages of the x74, is the ability to get 1.5 degrees or negative camber upfront. what are your alignment settings?

POST 3 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Don't know for sure the aligment setup, but I tried a formula ready from the guy that also setup suspension on GT3 RS... Oh, and there's lot of camber... Here's some pics of it with X74 at Interlagos Raceway, last saturday, one week after Formula One:

I got my x74 from Gert also. I'm real happy with it-- the car drives and looks much better.
