Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

I'm looking to purchase this car. What do you guys think of this car on ebay? Also what do you think this car should go for? Carfax is clean. Only issue is that this is an east coast car probably driven in the rain/snow... http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/2000-...QQcmdZViewItem

POST 2Original post

The photos look pretty good, but it seems to be missing the GT3 front bumper. The red car in the back left of this photo has it: http://i18.ebayimg.com/05/a/07/70/2d/d8_4.JPG

POST 3 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

yeah i saw that; wondering how much it would cost for the front gt3 bumper? any thoughts on the price range for this car?

POST 4Original post

I can't see the reserve price, but the current bid of $27k is very low. Around here that car would probably be listed for around $40k (my guess).

POST 5Original post

Not sure what they are saying either way, but I think the Aero was added. I would say it is a non-factory add. Might be the OEM parts, but someone other than P put it on. C2 with the mileage probably about 40K

POST 6Original post

I'd probably give them a call and ask about the front bumper and rear bumper skirts as well. Adding those other pieces to complete the aero package is probably somewhat costly. It also looks like it's missing the xenon lights.

POST 7Original post

They have it listed on their website for $52K http://www.nwicars.com/sport.htm#%23porsche Chances are that you're not going to get it for more than $1-2K below that price.

POST 8Original post

To be honest their prices look a little high when you scan the other Porsches that they have.... not sure I'd pay $43K for the 1999 that they have

POST 9Original post

Ouch..$52k? It has some good options, but not that good.

POST 10 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

i agree 52k is way too expensive for a 99 aero kit or not...

POST 11Original post

I took a wander around their website and all of their cars seemed over priced.

POST 12Original post

WOW, they sure are PROUD of their cars. THey must like those cars a lot, 'cuz at those prices they will have them for quite a while!

POST 13Original post

They will be car collectors, not dealers with those prices.

POST 14Original post

Not a penny over 40K. Simple as that. They can advertise it for $60K if they want but the fact is you can get an 02+ facelift model coupe for mid to high 40's now.

POST 15Original post

That place always outrageously over price their porsches.
