Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

14 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Need advise on a purchase. By the way I'm a pre-newbe (don't have the car yet). Love this forum, so I thought I'd ask the experts. I'm looking at two 2002 C2s. They are both black/black,18", ~20k, out of warranty. Condition is about the same-great, but not show room. One is at a local dealer, the other PP. Thanks in advance.

POST 2Original post

Could be a wide range. Are these coupes or cabriolets? What are the other options? With out more information I would say the range could be between $47K-$55K.

POST 3 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Sorry, both coupes. Only option appears to be the 18". Thanks.

POST 4Original post

I just purchased a black/black 02 coupe, 26k mi. with adv sport tech pkg, Bose, 18's, full leather w/supple inserts, memory seats, lumbar, clear bra, near perfect condition. I also got the CPO till 03/08. Price $47k.

POST 5Original post

IMO, these cars would be around $45K from a private party and around $50K from a dealer. Low mileage but without any options or CPO? Search ebay and cars.com for a reference. It will also depend on your location. Resale value tends to be high in here in the DC area; however, a lot of choices.

POST 6Original post

Alan C, Sounds like a good price... where did you buy your car?

POST 7Original post

I dont believe this....i have been trying to sell my 03 c2 coupe with 24000 miles and i am hardly getting bites at $49900.00...warranty till 07.....

POST 8Original post

if you go the ebay / autotrader the BIN prices are typically in the mid 40s

POST 9Original post

P02371, I picked mine up in Columbus. Nice, since I could drive to see the car. Spikes, Now that Spring is here I can't imagine that your car won't sell. I don't believe I saw it any of my searches.

Thanks everyone for the advise. I'll let you know how things go. Spikes-Looks like your car is priced well. It should be just a matter of time before you sell it. Dallas-$14!!? Did you mean $41?
