Can I trust a decent foreign car mechanic that does not specialize in porsche to install ROW Mo30? What is estimated labor time and level of difficulty? thanks

Coverage and how to read this overview
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.
5 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

I would be more concerned with their experience with suspensions rater than Porsches. Ask if they have done a lot of suspension work, performance suspension work, and find out if they can corner ballance and what their allignment tools are.
I would NOT trust them....but then again that is me. Find yourself a GOOD indy in your area. And call the dealer as well to see what their charge for the install would be. I paid my local indy $600 for install and alignment.
David, Print out the instructions from renntech and give them to your mechanic as a "supplimental manual" . I've done about 4 suspension swaps on a 996, it's not brain surgery, far easier than earlier cars. Any qualified tech should be able to do the work.
A corner balance is not necessary nor can it be completed on the ROW M030 because the ride height is not adjustable with this set up. However, coilovers (i.e. PSS-9s) with ride height adjustments are a different story.
