Probably at least a few thousand in dent repairs after all the pushing and prying on the car. The city probably is billing him for destroying the poured concrete, construction crew time to remove him, then pouring new concrete along his path. If he is lucky they'll leave the light tire marks he left at the beginning of his trek so he can have his car signature on the concrete. Its costing him enough thats for sure.
