Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

My sunroof panel material is sagging down. I can't seem to get the interior roof panel loose. Does anyone have instructions on how to remove the interior sunroof panel? I believe you crack open sunroof, then push back panel. My panel does not push back though? I'm pushing hard and it isn't moving.

POST 2Original post

Bumping this up because I am going to need to tackle this here soon. Car was left in the rain at the shop and now my panel is droopy. I peeled the fabric off this weekend but I am having the opposite problem everyone else seems to be having. My roof slides open and closed no problem but it will NOT tilt. The button does nothing. Need to get it to tilt to see if I can slide that panel out.

POST 3Original post

Here is a thread with pretty good instructions https://rennlist.com/forums/996-foru...anel-help.html

I pm'd him and got those instructions. Going to see if this works below first and 'resets' my tilt function. If not, I am going to pop the switch off and clean it. Has to be something simple if everything else works fine except tilt. 1. Press open button until it stops. Release button. 2. Press the open button again until it stops a second time (it should completely retract on the second push). Release button. 3. Press open button again and hold. After approximately 10 seconds, the top will cycle through close/lift/lower/open/close. Be sure to keep the button pressed the entire time until the top closes the second time, then release the button. You should now have one-touch!
