Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

18 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

Well, finally got my first Porsche and hopefully not my last! It's a 2004 C4S, 6spd, 42,540 miles. Some great options on it as well. Only thing that stinks... the NJ DMV is currently closed, so I've been taking joyrides down the street, ha.

POST 4Original post

Im also in Jersey with a 911 i cant register. Hasn't stopped me from driving it on occasion, i just carry all my documents with me. Nice looking 4s. Stay safe.

Ha, Ive thought about going for a longer drive than down my street, but knowing my luck Ill get a ticket. Safe driving!

POST 6Original post

Beautiful. Best wheels!😉 congratulations. As long as you have insurance on it, around here in mn anyways, I wouldn't be worried about some short drives. We have shelter in place but allowed to drive for pleasure/sanity.

POST 8Original post

Looks great, tough time to buy cars right now with all the dmvs shut down. I keep looking for projects I don’t need lol.

POST 9Original post

Congrats on a beauty...my son is looking for those wheels for his C4S...so they are desirable

POST 10Original post

I'm also in New Jersey with a 996 and 986 I can't register, that makes 3 of us! NJ's Motor Vehicle Commission won't be open until 4/26 and I imagine it will be a madhouse when it does open due to all the pent up demand. I plan on getting there at 8AM when it opens, right along with everyone else!

Yeah Im assuming itll be a mad house when it reopens. I live closer to the one in Wayne and hoping it wont be too bad.

POST 12Original post

Welcome Sean. Beautiful C4S. Enjoy the time you’ll have tinkering, adjusting and personalizing the car. Doesn’t look like you need to do anything on the outside.

Thanks! The only thing it needs is a new front lip spoiler, the previous owner hit a curb pulling into his driveway. Easy fix thanks to Suncoast Parts!

POST 14Original post

Congrats! I just got my first one (C2) five weeks ago before the **** hit the fan.

POST 17Original post

Congratulations, it looks like a nice one. Love the wheels too!
