Coverage and how to read this overview
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

This stuff pops up now and then but I think you are up for a wait. Since you want "like new", nothing is newer than new...just go buy it.
Go new. Also just a little bit of advice. The Bilstiens corrode over time, this bracket below rusted out way earlier then the life of the coilover. This was on a non winter driven car that had been taken out a few times in winter on dry roads and in my opinion happened way to quick. The H&R's look to be a lot stronger or more durable then the Bilstiens, The Ohins also look better constructed and less susceptible to rust. I believe the Bilstiens are way over priced for what they are. Good name but crap over priced product. Take a look at new coilovers and the brackets that are on the shocks for comparison .
+1 just go buy a good setup Suncoast still does the M030 RoW setup for $1100 ish and with $600 fitting you get a great balanced setup and it's new. With a used setup you're only saving yourself half on the parts and it's old and used. Spread the cost of new over the few years you'll have the car and the increase in resale because you installed new it pays for itself..
Everyone, thanks for the advice. I'm going to call suncoast Monday

For what it's worth I put NEW Bilstein PSS10s on my 2002 C4 and although pricey, I love the performance. Being able to adjust them for long trips and/or mountain runs was the selling point for me as well as I'd had Bilsteins on a prior vehicle and loved them.

Just wait to they rust out, my point is there are better constructed out there for the same price or cheaper. I would never put Bilstiens on again.
