I always told myself I wanted a Shelby and a Porsche Ive worked hard all my life and chased the dream. I first saw a Porsche 911 in 1981 Condorman movie and wanted one ever since. In 1997 I saw a Porsche 911 996 and knew it was the one I wanted because I liked the Porsche GT-1 a full blown race car. I finally found a low mileage Carrera with 27k its just broken in for me. Time to care for this incredible engineered machinery. got it for $19K USD I think I stole it with such low mileage. beauty, welcome to the madness!
Congrats, looks great. Have fun.
Welcome to the Funny Farm. Congrats on the new purchase. Did it come with any sort of service history? Did you get a PPI before you bought it? You will really like this forum. There are some very smart and knowledgeable people who know most everything about these cars but try not to read to much as you may not sleep at night.
Hardtop, best of both worlds. Congrats.
Looks sharp, congratulations!

I got the carfax service history from the original owner who said he was first in line at Carlsen Porsche in SF Bay Area in 1998, owner gave me the Porsche trickle charger, wind screen, nav system, hard top, and original window sticker and manuals
Beauty car, and a sweet deal at that price and mileage! Love the cabriolets because, well, I have a cabriolet!
Congrats and enjoy!
Wow, one-owner car. It looks like a good buy to me but I just bought my first 911 3 months ago - also a cab with hard top, Enjoy.
