Coverage and how to read this overview
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

https://www.pelicanparts.com/techart...ne_Sensors.htm Check out photo 3. You will probably need to remove the passenger side intake manifold to get to it. Not horrible but not the most fun job.
I got it out by removing the AC compressor, by bending it a bit. But it did break about 2 inches from the bottom. I am going to see if I can bend the new one on the way in. Hoping that it is newer and more flexible to clear that first two inches. Otherwise, something has to come off.
I am going to close this off for future reference. Removal of the right side intake manifold is required to install the new level sensor, it is not the end of the world. Steps: 1. Remove air box 2. Remove throttle housing, 3. Remove Power Steering reservoir 4. Remove AC compressor, its 3 lines after evac the R134. 5. Remove front air cross over large pipe behind the throttle housing' 6. Remove the bank 2 intake runners, 6 bolts plus some smaller ones for cables. 7. You can see the level sensor, remove it and lift its long *** out Installl new one, reverse process, Done. It's about a 6 hours job.
