Jake - How to buy that book from Europe - looks like it's very limited to certain EU countries only. I tried Knowledge Gruppe - no go - I tried amazon.com - same thing. Could you make a Kindle edition of that - ebooks are in general much better because of getting that instantly and no greasy fingerprints on the book - tablet is easier to clean
Never really shipped to europe but if u hit a complete dead end i can buy another one and try to ship it to u. Maybe someone here ships internationally as there day job and can help easier then me? It seams dhl can get deliver me stuff from germany in 3 days so im sure its possible.
