Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

4 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

I all. I am interested in moving my radio (220 w/cd) from the top 'stack' down to where the cd tray is above the climate control. Any thoughts? I am thinking of the iPad nav application.

POST 2Original post

No comments other than this will. There is enough slack in the cables (although you may have to unwind the cloth wire wrap) to accommodate the move.

POST 3Original post

that's where I placed my radio after installing cup holders. That's the only other place a radio will fit. I have not seen any single DIN nav units that are worth while. But if you have a nav unit, then why the radio?

POST 4 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Right now my radio is in the 'upper' stack immediately below the cup holder. The CD tray is at the top location in the lower stack immediately above the environmental control. I want to put the radio in the spot where the CD tray is and remove the cup holder so I can add an iPad Mini in the top two spots to use as a Nav. The iPad Mini install is covered nicely in another post by another member. langg
