Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Had the day off and tackled some little detail items that I wanted to do.. Pulled off the wheels and plasti-dipped them black with glossifier on top. Looks so much better than flat black plast-dip.. While they were off I decided to paint the calipers as the clear coat was chipping from years of wear. I decided to coat the wheel wells with Bedliner while it was all apart so that came out nice. I refinished the lug nuts and bolted it all back together. Followed it up with a wax, and some tint in the small reverse light square. Overall a very productive day. Happy with the visual change and if I end up liking the black wheels I will paint them in the spring when I paint my ducktail I hope to have..

Looks cool! I have the same wheels and absolutely love them. Found this product recently, it's like crack, you want to use it every time you do the wheels, it also cleans up the brake calipers like they are new. Went through the 500 ml bottle and bought the huge 5 liter jug for something like $125.

Nice job. Looks good. That's quite the accomplishment for one day!

Yep, I've tried a few wheel cleaners and I keep coming back to Sonax. Just does a great job with minimal effort.
