Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

10 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

Hi! Not for the gauges. I have the odometer but not running because of a damaged dump. It would need to be reprogrammed.

It is the hex data stored on the chip (eeprom) sitting on the board of the odometer.

POST 6Original post

I thought a dump is when you drop the kids off at the pool.

EEPROM programmer....never tried this before and you might have to fiddle around with it. Messing with an odometer mileage in most cases is illegal and therefore maybe not easy to figure out. Good luck! I can help you out here. Send me a PM to remind me and I can send you a file when I get home. Let me know mileage and VIN and I'll match it.
