Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

2 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Hi guys I have a 2004 996 Turbo that I need a little help with. It has the GT2 plus one wheel fitment meaning that it has 19 in rims with 315 25 rear tires and 235 35 front tires. It is almost impossible to find any new of the rear tires. I know that the car has a viscous differential that is very sensitive to overall tire diameter. Short of changing the rims out does anyone else have any ideas about alternative tire sizes or any leads on getting a 315 25 Tire they are nationally back ordered. Thanks in advance!
