Coverage and how to read this overview
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Gaudin Porsche in vegas for OEM parts. Window regulator @ Pelican is $294. $225.62 @ Gaudin.
Amazon.com for the MAF (Bosch 0280218009 Air Mass Sensor is the correct part for my '99 C4). The price fluctuates a little bit - when I purchased in March 2013, the price was $148 . Current price is $268 at one of my other favorite online Porsche parts suppliers. Direct from Porsche, the part was close to $500 the last time I checked. I don't have the part number handy, but you can also go to the Bosch website and look up the part number for a rebuilt alternator, and then search for that part number on Amazon.

I just bought the same MAF from Amazon a few days ago ... IIRC it was 169 bucks. Still a good price relative to everyone else. BTW, thanks for the DIY on MAF replacement -- nice writeup.
