I had a failure of a front OEM strut on my '03 C4S. So, I've bought a set of 4 Bilstein B6s. I want to change all the mounting hardware and I'm getting a headache looking at parts lists. Can someone please tell me either part numbers or metric sizes for these front suspension parts: Lower Ball Joint Lock Nuts, Outer Tie Rod Lock Nuts, Strut Shaft Taper Washers. Any suggestions where to order? And what I might need for the rear (when I get to it?) Thanks.

Thanks tgags2! I'm putting a list together right now. BTW, that's the same number as the Tie Rod End Nuts!!! Perfect. I'll get 4 of them. Since other folks may be following, I want to confirm that 996 C4S & Turbo front struts can be removed without removing the caliper or axle. It takes loosening the Tie Rod End and the LCA Lower Ball Joint with a dedicated spreader, then strong-arming the rotor assembly rearward while compressing and tilting the strut/spring down and toward the front of the car. (I'm just saying.)
Its honestly way easier to just pop the control arm and the thrust arm from the subframe. The balljoint can be hell, one of my control arms and knuckles is with my mechanic friend who has a vice and proper impact so I can finish my conversion. I am switching to GT2/RWD knuckles/coils though (C4S as well), going to do a post on that soon as I found a few missing things doing the swap myself good knowledge to get me really close here though.
Do you have any suggestions for easing out the C4S rear shocks?
Havent done it yet but you should just be fine with unbolting the top/bottom shock mounts and removing sway bar links. It should just barely slide out and through the dog bones/around LCA. I should hopefully be tackling the rear this weekend or next week, been waiting to finish the front which i needed LCA and front sway links. Good news is he got the LCA off the knuckle but the boot got damaged, will last long enough for adjustable LCAs at least. Took an image to see if my rear sways would work, can see theres a fair bit of room. Will need a prybar to get the lower part out from what I've seen.
