I'm trying to remove the PCM 1.0 from my '02 911. I've been Googling my hindquarters off and haven't found anything helpful. It's not the keys that go under the right and left sides of the head unit, and it's not the four allen-head keys on the side. There appears to be a single push clip on either side of the head unit (just to the right of the red / white / blue wires in the second pic) but when I push them both in, I still can't get the head unit to move at all. What should I do? What am I doing wrong?

Coverage and how to read this overview
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.
1 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.
