Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

4 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Hey guys, Well I finally purchased a cupholder!! So, the plan is to move the ac unit down to where the cd slots are and place the cupholder in its place. What other parts will I need to do this mod? Has anyone done this before? Thanks! -Paul

POST 2Original post

The climate control unit will not readily fit there, although I know that some have made it fit with some effort. It will will fit well in the lower slot. You then buy a new open tray to fit in the upper slot. I know I found some instructions on the Pelican Parts forum, including the need to trim tabs off the corners of the climate control unit, but I could not find it again from a quick search. You might try there.

POST 3Original post

Look at post 31. It is more than what you are doing, but this is someone who made the unit fit in the upper slot: http://www.renntech.org/forums/topic...onaire__st__20 and for the lower slot https://rennlist.com/forums/996-foru...e-control.html
