Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

3 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

To put this to bed.....The front GiroDisk 340mm rotor weight 1.15 lb less per rotor than a new stock 318mm rotor. The rear 325mm GiroDisk rotor weighs 1.5 lb more than a somewhat worn stock 299mm rotor. GR front=18.09 GR rear 15.5 stock front=19.24 stock rear=14 you might wonder why. I think (by looking) the rear GD iron part has greater metal to air ratio than the front GD. also (325/299)^2 is greater than (340/318)^2

Yes not much in weight savings But big difference in size and stopping power and pedal feel I’m impressed with my set up
