I think a turbo on straight line "pulls" has the advantage AND with the PDK (if it sport chrono PLUS) is amazingly fast shifting - still with a lighter GT2 I am a bit surprised...but not really.... now try them around the ring and see who comes home with the checkered flag nice vid, even though I hate that it was on public roads thru a construction zone

Or the GT2 driver was nervous and not jumping on it without the awd traction? That was a bit dangerous, but almost looked like the construction guys were cheering at the end, ha.

the new turbo is no joke.... I wonder if thats an X50 engine, then its essentially a gt2 engine with PDK

Ferd, No, that is not a X50 (a.k.a. Turbo S). That version will come out in 2011.
