Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

3 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

I had my seats reupholstered; the leather on the driver's seat back is pulling loose around the edges of whatever you call that rigid center piece that forms the back. None of the parts list show it. Anyone know how it comes off? How the upholstery around it is held in place?

POST 2Original post

Why not ask the upholsterer who did the job? Maybe they'll fix it for you...

POST 3 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Not the first problem with the reupholstery. They won't get their hands on my car again. (2) looks like something I can handle by myself, just don't want to get started until I have advice.
