hello everyone, recently purchased a 1999 C2 cab, 62k miles, has factory option 18" turbo style wheels. i have always loved the 'lobster claw' 997 wheels. admitedly they're a little odd, i just always liked them. referencing the tirerack website, they offer the following 19" applications for the 1999 C2: 19x8.5 ET range from 49mm-54mm 19x11 ET range from 55mm-62mm the stock 997 CS4 wheels are: 19x8.5 ET57, 235/35/19 19x11 ET67, 295/30/19 thanks alot, todd ps: i believe i have a trans pinion bearing on the way out, have some gear whine that is tied to road speed (not tied to gear choice, engine speed, or even load). any input would be much appreiciated! will a set of 997 CS4 wheels fit on my 1999 narrow body? Spacers?

Coverage and how to read this overview
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Are you sure about the sizing? IIRC, the rear wheel is a 19x11et51 which will NOT fit. However, the fronts will and you'd want a spacer as well. Where are you getting your info from on the 997 C4S?
LVDell, Thanks for the reply. The 997 CS4 wheel info was provided by the seller of a used set, so I cannot confirm the offsets personally.
