Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

8 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Anyone seen this before? https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets...it?pli=1#gid=0 I have seen similar data, but never in this format and so easy to read. It seems real. Hope I didn't get a virus. In 1999 they made more coupes than cabs but if you look at cars for sale you would never believe it. They also made 2003 and 2004 Carrera 4 Coupes - not 4S but standard Carrera 4's. I don't know if I have ever seen one.

POST 2Original post

Nice! If this determined to be accurate, it should be saved as a sticky or something...

POST 3Original post

So in 2001 Porsche only made 15 Carrera 4S coupes. 15? No those numbers don't seem right.

POST 4 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Porsche did not sell 4s until 2002 when the guy the new headlight. So it has to do with production date vs model year. If you look when a new model is released, there is always a small number before the first release year.

Actually much like the 97 and 2005 numbers, they might be. It's the 02+ numbers for the C4 coupe that I don't buy. I didn't think such a thing existed and it was just the C4 cab and C4S coupe from 02 on with a handful of C4S cabs thrown in at the end of the run.

POST 6Original post

If be interested to know how many '98s were sold in Europe vs how many were held over and sold as '99s in the US.

POST 7Original post

I agree that the most glaring point is the 03-04 C4 coupes. Did Europe get a narrow-bodied C4 in those years? I know the US didn't.

POST 8Original post

Wonder what happened to the 2000 GT3Cup car numbers? Rich
