Coverage and how to read this overview
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

I have a set in my garage. Standard wheels for a 2004 GT3 are: Front: 8.5J X 18 offset 40 mm Rear: 11J X 18 offset 63 mm

Guess that answers my question, but I'm looking for Twists, like these thx cds
The 996 Turbo Twist wheels like your pictures are 11Jx18 ET45 and 8Jx18 ET50. No other offsets were offered. Narrow body Twists and 993 Twists might have different offsets though I can't believe they'd be ET63. So I don't think you will find an OEM Twist wheel with ET63. The wheels that are 11Jx18 ET63 are called 18" sport techno wheels. Part# 996 362 142 52 Rear and 996 362 136 51 Front. Option code was IXRC. As I recall these require a 17mm spacer on the rears, fronts were still 8Jx18 ET50. From the factory GT2's have 12Jx18 ET45 rears.
I have a set of twists of some sort on my 2002. I'd have to measure them to see if they are 11". I think they are narrower than the GT3 rears though. Edit: Yup, my twists are narrower: 10Jx18 ET65. Rears are p/n 993.362.140.04. A quick google says 993 turbo rims.

my twists are narrower: 10Jx18 ET65. Rears are p/n 993.362.140.04. This is what I'm going to have to settle for, was hoping for twists in 11" NB fitment (et 63), they simply don't exist !! Thanks guys !!
