The battery weight is what I see as the issue on that conversion,, my EV has almost 700 lbs of batteries. Honda fit. 8 seconds 0-60.. (Sport mode) 80 miles average range with no major hills involved. Gotta wonder if you could take the Tesla belly pan and fit it under a 911 chassis.. if it was a C4 could put the tesla drive motors at both ends.. They are starting to show up in the salvage yards.
