Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

7 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

My dad recently bought a 2002 black tiptronic Cabriolet. We sold our 2003 G35 6spd for it. I was mad at first since it was auto but I have learned to love the car . I don't really know what we should do for mods but he wants to get a pioneer nav screen. We can't find a good place on the north side of San Antonio though to do it. If someone can tell me where there is a good place that would be appreciated. I don't have any good pics though. We are also looking for a hardtop with a brown interior. I forgot the name of the interior color but my mom calls it Calf S*** Brown. Also we were looking at the headlight covers and we are new to porsches and we were wondering what the little chrome ovals on the headlights are and wondering if the covers would fit over it.

POST 2Original post

hey congrats.... welcome.... now where are the PICS???????????? then we'll help out......

POST 3Original post

Welcome and congrats (to you Dad) on getting the P-car. The little chrome ovals are the covers for the headlight washers, which means that the car has Xenon headlights. You should NOT cover them up. Here is a close up pic on my headlights showing the covers for the headlight washers.

Very nice. BTW I lived in S.A. for 30 years and still have a lot of family there. We lived mostly in the NW area also lived near Fair Oaks for a few years. Great town!

POST 6 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

I live right by Fair Oaks. Do you know of anywhere that would be good to do the nav system or body work.

POST 7Original post

SOrry, no I don't because I haven't lived there since '99. I used to live in Trailwood, which is 1 mile south of Fair Oaks on the other side of IH-10.
