I just purchased a 2003 996 C2 with 13K miles, I love everything about the car but wish it had a better exhuast note. Not really wanting to upgrade the mufflers yet as I just blew all my cash on the car and a set of 19s but is there any quick and simple way to beef up the exhuast sound? Im fine with the power the car so thats not the main goal here. Any ideas?? Thanks AC

Coverage and how to read this overview
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.
4 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

<puts on sales hat> If you like that mod, what do you think about donating to this site ("Rennlist Member") ? You'll get a ton of tips anyways in the future, most saving several hundred or thousands - so the money part is a no brainer. The PSE mod (tipped above) itself saves you around $1300 (real PSE) - $200 (mod) = $1100. <removes sales hat> I remember getting that advice a while back and would highly recommend it to you too. (both the membership and the PSE mod ) And oh, I don't get anything out of it except for the admin being able to buy a faster server so we always get the information we want .. no server slowdowns or outages or shutting down due to $$$ bandwidth.
