Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

What do you guys think about Techart exhaust for sale on ebay? Any feedback on this set? http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Porsc...54049059QQrdZ1

POST 2Original post

I could be wrong but those look like stock Porsche cans to me. Look at the pic of the TechArt "label" It liiks like a kid in shop class punched the lettering on it and then tac welded it to the muffler. If they are stock Porsche cans, then you would be paying $750 for something you already have.

POST 4Original post

That's actually what techarts look like, they modify stock cans I believe.

POST 6Original post

Techart mufflers are made by the same manufactures as the OE mufflers. They are different on the inside, but one thing it would be hard to tell from an Ebay item if you are getting the real techart mufflers. I would get them if the are the real deal. I suggest calling CEC in LA, CA they are in the 310 area code. They might be able to give you more info as they are the Techart distributors in the US.

POST 7Original post

Well, I guess you learn something every day, because I didn't even know that TechArt made exhaust mufflers. I stand corrected! Doh!
