Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

For those who want a change up from the usual aluminium colored rings, we have genuine CF rings available. Installation is simple and depending on the adhesive you use to apply them, the mod is reversable (no bondo, or nuclear powered crazy glue, something waterbased or even a double sided adhesive should do the trick). Attached is a photo I took earlier on in the week, there are three sets left, unfortunaly my CF products are only trickling in because of the shortage of materials. Personally i think it's a nifty little change if CF is your thing, personally i love the stuff about as much as George Costanza loves velvet (a.k.a I would drape myself in it if it was socially acceptable). I wish I could show you a pic of them installed on my car, but i'll be ripping out my stock cluster to make way for a data logger Price is 200$ canadian and they are ready to ship out. http://www.karfiesta.com/product_inf...7171f137627596

Omar, I would be in but...But I might not have anything to put them in

POST 3Original post

Paul - Why is that stopping you? Your car can wear only one set of "shoes" (a.k.a. wheels) at a time, but you have 4 sets!

POST 4Original post

I just put alu ones in mine a couple of weeks ago...but the CF's lool sweet too.....

POST 6 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

^ indeed. i'm talking to aim sports right now to work out some stuff. i'd rather be promoting those for track junkies and even show cars because it is so much more pimp than having 1000 guages in ur honda civic, and it is more cost effective too.

POST 7Original post

.....can't wait to start a whole new set of mods when the GT3 arrives. Data logger sounds like it should be high on the list sounds like a great item!

POST 9 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

aahahahha nice...not to go off topic here too far, the main topic being carbon dash rings.. but a data logger in its most basic elements is a computer u add to your car that gives you all the sensor and speed readings and lets you map the track so you can see what you were doing at any point, the line you took, etc. like the F1 guys and their telemetry. anyhow..back to the rings
